getQNNModelName

Gets the canonical QNN model name for this device, such as "sm8475". The compiler emits <name>.qnn and <name>-mmproj.qnn. Distributed filenames may include a model prefix; select matching text and projector packages for the same SoC and model. When the QNN runtime libraries are bundled in the APK's native library directory, no QNN or ADSP library-path environment variable is required.
